I needed my serpentine belt replaced. The last mechanic I went to wasn't open on weekends so I was looking for a place that was opened weekends. Mike More Miles changed the belt, noted a loose control arm which they tightened, and a tune-up. Now, I had a tune-up in February but did not notice a change. After Mike's Mechanics performed a tune-up, my car runs better than when I bought it. Also, I can't say enough about Fernando. I dealt with him through the whole experience and he was polite and professional. Well done all around and I feel the price was fair.

First, to the owner of this establishment, THANK YOU! I really appreciate everything you and your team did to make my experience great! Back story- I needed to have a new starter installed. Mikes More Miles was by far the most reasonably priced, informative of the process and kept me updated when the service was completed. Additionally , they offered a complementary shuttle service, and the service was done QUICK! They made a lasting first impression and I would definitely recommend this repair establishment!

I scheduled over the phone an oil change for my wife's car, and was told to bring it in first thing in the morning. When we brought it in, they were not expecting it, but arranged to service it quickly. I had brought my own car too, and they agreed to handle both ASAP. While waiting I used my phone to go to the Mike's website and found a discount oil change price, and they honored it for both cars. Both cars were serviced in about 90 minutes, and a few additional service suggestions were made, along with quotes. Overall the service was very good, and met all my expectations. I will probably return for other work, and certainly for my next oil change. I can't vouch for other services i haven't tried, but I would recommend their oil changes.

I originally went for an alignment but got control arms done too and left the shop with a check engine light 30 minutes later. A couple days later the car stopped at a light and wouldn’t turn back on, along with a battery and power steering light. Scared the life out of my mom but thankfully she made it home and we didn’t have to pay $100 to tow it. I found out what happened because the shop couldn’t. I called them with the check engine light issue and they told me it had nothing to do with the work they did. Guys, come on, a 42k-miles engine which has never had a light on, coincidentally had it come on right after a service with you, and you had nothing to do with it? But Enzo kept saying “we did suspension work we had nothing to do with touching the engine!” Even if Enzo was sure, checking with the gentleman who worked on the car wouldn’t have hurt. And had he did, he would have found out that you do in fact have to loosen bolts on the engine and lift it slightly to get access to the control arms. The control arms literally sit under and support the engine mounts. On the other side, you also have to disconnect the air box as you don’t want the hose getting damaged as you lift

Great service and professional, friendly staff. Curt has been super helpful navigating through all aspects of car repairs. I’ve had great service consistently with both my cars. Highly recommend this shop!
